Cedric's journey through life/ US education system

Cedric's journey throughout his whole life was just one big adventure. He never gave up. He didn't let anyone get to him. He had a very special personality about him. I enjoyed reading this book, but I think the best book that I have ever read for this type of a course was Into the Wild. I think that I would never undergo the same life journey as Cedric did. It was just unbeliavable how he didn't let others get to him for being very smart, black kid and ghetto. He just lived his own life.

The US system of education for me is very easy and fair comparing to the one I had in Poland. In my country the system of education is just nuts. The math in my country is just beyond crazy no wonder I always had troubles. I never was good at it. In the United States I improved in math a lot. It was nothing comparing to the United States system of education. No offense but the system of education in my country is extremely bad. I prefer the one in the US. At least in the US I don't have to go through so much stress as I did in my country.

My family is from Jamaica, and they also say the education system is different. They say the work is much harder abroad, very different from the U.S. My mother was ahead of her class in college when she just came up here!! She got into Rutgers easy...when my cousins abroad tell me stuff about school i'm always like huh....And they are always complaning about their work in college.
